Where do you go to get a decision of the Supreme Court "INVALIDATED" ?
It is like the old question "Where do you go to complain about an Ombudsman ?
Not Appeal, but complain ! The Judicial Committee of the House of Lords (aka. the Supreme Court of England) frequently apologise for getting things wrong and issue apologies. . .?
There was a case in 1576 I believe . . . (Oh, no. They didn't, because he had already been hanged drawn and quartered . . .)

Is Sun journalist Tracey Kandohla throwing her friend, Kate McCann, under the proverbial bus - or enabling more money laundering for the dwindling Fund?

I don't understand what Tracey Kandohla, journalist at the Sun and Daily Mail, is up to...she's supposed to be a personal friend and gym buddy of Kate McCann. 

In her recent press articles she's told her readers about Amaral's book, The Truth of the Lie, and where to find the English version online - The Truth of the Lie is one of my blogs and according to the statcounter there have been many thousands of hits in the last few days alone and over 85 million in total.

Tracey has also told her readers about the documentary the McCanns want banned in the UK, and where to find it on youtube. The documentary has been available online for over 8 years already! She's also informed her readers that the McCanns have ordered their lawyer not to mention the ruling of the Portuguese Supreme Court that Amaral has won or that costs for the appellants were awarded to the McCanns.

Tracey has also left hostile, unmoderated, comments on her digital articles - including one that quotes the damning Gaspar statements that the McCanns have kept secret for 10 years.

She has informed her readers that the McCanns have gone to extraordinary lengths to ban all their friends and family from saying anything in public.

She has informed her readers that Maddie is dead, that the McCanns have used public donations for suing Snr Amaral, the police officer who was tasked to search for their daughter, destroying his life and that of his family after forcing him to get divorced in order to seize his assets.

All of this is now in the public domain, having been kept a secret for nearly 10 years. 

Who needs friends like Tracey Kandohla? 


As has been said on my CMOMM forum either she's setting the stage for the McCanns to sue the paper and settle out of court (again) to top up the dwindling fund, another form of money laundering, or she's saving her own skin as the truth comes out. 

I say money laundering because the McCanns have admitted that they think Maddie must be dead, as if they didn't know anyway, yet for nearly 10 years they've carried on asking for donations to search for her. The Fund is an immoral fraud. Of course, there is also evidence that Maddie is dead - the two British sniffer dogs alerted to blood and death scent in the McCanns' holiday apartment, Kate McCann's clothes, and the car they hired 3 weeks later which was used to transport Maddie's corpse, presumably to her final resting place.

Whatever Tracey Kandohla's agenda is, the McCanns can't be in a good place now and they must realise they're the most hated 'parents' in the UK! 

Even the Leicester Mercury have reported that the McCanns have not been cleared of involvement in Maddie's disappearance which can only mean that the McCanns neighbours and other residents of Rothley are now taking a keener interest in the case, if they hadn't already. 

 How on earth do the McCanns go about their business in Rothley knowing all eyes are upon them, questioning them? How does Gerry McCann go to work knowing that his colleagues and patients are aware of the truth? How can Professor Gerry McCann's employers, at Glenfield General Hospital, continue to allow him to work as they must now know, if they didn't before, that he's never been cleared of the involvement in the concealment of his daughter's body?

What on earth are the McCanns going to do now to protect the twins from this inevitable sunami backlash? 

They've brought it all on themselves, of course, but this is not going to be easy now for Sean and Amelie or their future children.

It will be an horrendous cross for them to bear in the knowledge that their parents were instrumental in the hounding to death of pensioner, Brenda Leyland, on a trumped up charge of 'trolling' when, in fact, she did nothing of the sort - she merely questioned the McCann's version of events, albeit it robustly at times.

The McCanns could move out of the UK, of course, but where could they go? They've made Maddie's 'cash-cow' case global and the whole wide world knows they've been conducting a scam for nearly 10 years.

The cover-up scam of Maddie's death will ensure that the McCann's, and all their accomplices including their own children, go down in the annals of history as one of the worst crimes, involving a child, in the UK. 

Who would want to live with that?

Perhaps it's now time for the McCanns to tell the truth, face the consequences, and accept their punishment. Karen Matthews, who also staged a fake abduction of her own daughter, has served her time and is now out of prison using a new name - ironcially, 'Kate'! Of course, in Matthew's case at least Shannon was fortunately found alive.  The punishment for concealing a corpse and perverting the course of justice for 10 years will carry a much higher price.

Or maybe the McCanns will merely carry on with their Pact of Silence and carry the truth to their grave, leaving behind a devastating legacy for their children and grandchildren, a massive burden for them to carry through their lives.

Either way, the McCanns are not in a good place now and I, for one, have no sympathy whatsoever for what they've brought upon themselves. I do, however, have tremendous sympathy for all the children caught up in this disgusting web of lies and deceit.

 Are the McCanns now feeling miserable and feeling fear as they wished Gonçalo Amaral would, and as their lawyers ensured he did?

Not only does Tracey Kandohla tell her readers at the Sun where to find Gonçalo Amaral's book and youtube documentary that Kate and Gerry McCann want censored in the UK, but she no longer seems to want to moderate any comments that are not in the least supportive of her friends, the McCanns.

How times have changed. It would seem that the Press are now hanging the McCanns out to dry by finally allowing the other side of this sordid story to be told. Or maybe the papers just want their money back after the McCanns sued them?

Whatever the reason, it can only be good in the fight for justice for three year old Madeleine that the McCanns don't seem to be part of as they squander donated money on mortgage payments and expensive libel lawyers.

With friends like Ms Kandohla though, Kate, who needs enemies?

"I can only assume there is a conspiracy to muddy the waters and lay the blame at their feet.."  I can't understand why you seem to deflect the bottom line in this case ( if you believe the official version). Those kids were left on their own by their parents. Dress it up as you like but they and only they are to blame here.*

* = obviously depends on whether you believe Kate McCann's original statement with jemmied shutters and opened windows which were soon dropped after the shutters were inspected and found undamaged, or the intruder came in through an open patio door ( the later version).

The fact that the man did his job and got too close to the truth ? Or was it his comments upset the McCann's search for Madeleine ? Have they started looking yet ?

Maybe you should think about the deception of their 'no stone unturned' fund which is in fact a limited company NOT a charity, paying for the McCann's mortgage and legal costs. Do you think the public donated for those reasons? Or you should consider the fact that the McCanns wanted to force Goncalo Amaral to get a divorce from his wife to separate his family's assets in order to split them up and seize any available monies for compensation.

The McCann's are the ones who should be going to prison for a very very long time. Their whole scenario has been one deceptive, lying charade from start to present, suckering in the public along the way and presenting themselves as poor, innocent parents. Looking at their laughing joyous faces just 3 days after Madeleine went missing, they looked anything but.

Every time I see these so called parents my skin crawls. They voluntarily left their children alone to go and have a meal with their friends. The Tapas bar was able to cater to take away - why didnt they do that? Why couldn't they eat in the apartment with friends? If they wanted a nice drink and be merry adult holiday why weren't the children left at home with a relative?
If this has been a single mother or father or even a working class family, they would be hounded to the death but yet these two have managed to turn it into this great tale of devastation with themselves as the leading victims. I don't understand how.
I don't know what happened to Madeleine but I do know it was something to do with her parents. Sniffer dogs are unable to lie. Nothing at all about this whole thing has ever added up. Did they drug her so she didn't wake up and gave her too much? Did she wake, stumble and hit her head on the tiled floor? One day the truth will come out and it looks like it is all starting to unravel.

Exactly. Our eldest daughter was one at the time of Madeleine's disappearance and our youngest daughter turned three the beginning of this year so the same age as Madeline when she "disappeared".

The only lunatic conspiracy theories I've read have come from the McCann's camp. From day 1 I thought them guilty, at first admittedly just guilty of neglect for leaving such small children unattended but as the days, weeks, months and years have past by i have only become more convinced one of them or someone from the tapas 7 group done something very terrible to that little girl. The dogs don't lie, the police files of collective facts also do not lie. Maddie, the child they so longed for, was going to be given to someone else before this tragic night. I couldn't part with my Dog whom i love and adore so how is it possible they was willing to give up such a precious thing? Rubbish, everything they say is rubbish. Someone has some very big questions to answer over the way this couple have been protected. The sad thing is, we are unlikely to ever find the truth as if what I believe is true or even close to the truth, someone very high up in the british establishment has made all of this possible for them. What do you know Gerry? What do you know and who do you know through what activity Gerry? A lie detector test for both McCanns and David Payne please. I'll happily pay for all three.

I can also not understand why the Media and Press has not hounded the McCann's to try and get to the facts of their daughter Madeline going missing, if this had been any other family the press and media would have hounded them to get to the truth when there is so many unanswered questions, one can only think that their friends in very high places has placed a no go area on the Media and press to protect their friends.
