Madeleine McCann: £11MILLION SPENT...BUT NOT A SINGLE ARREST
How can it be right that Kate and Gerry McCann has more than £11million spent on a faked abduction (I won't say Madeleine because, unfortunately, this has never been about her) while other children only have £2,415 spent on them? Aren't all missing children worth £11million?

NEW MADELEINE MCCANN PETITION LAUNCHED ON PRIME MINISTER'S WEBSITE
NEW MADELEINE MCCANN PETITION LAUNCHED ON PRIME MINISTER'S WEBSITE
A new petition concerning Madeleine has been launched on the Prime Minister's website today. Started by CMOMM member Tony Bennett, it calls for the Home Office to publish a full report on Operation Grange. Tony has long been sceptical about the true purpose of Operation Grange. He submitted his petition several weeks ago but had to agree with the House of Commons Petition Committee to several changes in his original draft wording for legal reasons.
The petition can be signed at this link: https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/108562
You have to confirm your name and e-mail details when signing, but these are NOT published.
The wording of the petition is:
To order the Home Office to publish a report on the Madeleine McCann inquiry
Tony's reasons for setting up this petition are given on the Prime Minister's website, as follows:
Enquiries by British (and Portuguese) police forces have cost around £15 million in 8 years. The public is now entitled to a full report on how that has been spent. The report should cover the role of the government, the security services & UK police forces.
▼More details
Madeleine was reported missing over 8 years ago. The Portuguese, Leicestershire, the Met & other police forces have spent huge amounts of time & money on the case, but there seems no prospect of further progress. Given the huge interest in the case, the public needs the fullest possible explanations and answers.

Exclusive to CMOMM - Corruption and criminality inside the Metodo 3 investigation into Madeleine McCann's disappearance: Extracts from a book by two Metodo 3 men, Tamarit and Peribanez
Once again I’m delighted to bring to my forum more exclusive information from inside the McCann Team.
In the past, we’ve featured details from inside the Brian Kennedy-led investigation, brought to us by Kennedy’s right-hand-man in England, Gary Hagland, a man who, professionally, was an expert in financial compliance and money laundering - but not finding missing children. He had contacted Tony Bennett and shared fascinating details of how he and Kennedy had masterminded the McCanns’ Moroccan operation. He had even shared with Tony a chapter of his book, which is also on CMOMM.
Now two more McCann Team insiders have spoken out – Antonio Tamarit, and Julian Peribanez, both Metodo 3 investigators.
Their book, La Cortina da Humo, or ‘The Smokescreen’, blows the lid off Metodo 3, exposing what a corrupt and criminal enterprise it was. Why did the McCann Team choose them? The book was immediately banned in Portugal. Books about the disappearance of Madeleine McCann regularly seem to get banned.
But CMOMM member PeterMac managed to get one from Amazon. He passed it to The Madeleine Foundation. Because of the significance of its contents, they paid for a professional, certified translation of it. And Andrew Simmons has written an introductory piece about it.
The book by Tamarit and Peribanez is copyright, but I’m pleased to host just one chapter of it here under the ‘fair use’ provisions of copyright legislation.
If you’re reading this as a guest and are not yet a member of CMOMM, why not join us, get yourself briefed on one of the most mysterious cases of the century, and maybe even help us in our quest to find out what really did happen to Madeleine McCann.

***NEW FILM*** by Richard D. Hall: When Madeleine Died?
NOTE: THIS IS A PRE-ORDER AND WILL BE DISPATCHED ON 22ND FEBRUARY 2016.
Filmed in 2016, DVD PAL 16:9, By Richard D. Hall
4 Part DVD Film
Introducing the latest film in the Richplanet series about Madeleine McCann ...
WHEN MADELEINE DIED?
The past presence of a human corpse was detected in the McCanns’ apartment and in many other places associated with the McCanns by highly trained police sniffer dogs. This clue suggests that Madeleine may have died and her body lain in the apartment for a period of time. Assuming this is correct, what date and time did Madeleine die? The most logical way to address this question is to go back in time to determine what was the last piece of credible evidence, which proves Madeleine was alive. This film attempts to do this by forensically examining witness statements, photographs, physical evidence, police reports and media reports. In doing so the film exposes the agenda of the mainstream media which has, on the whole, helped to cover up the truth about the Madeleine McCann case.
Running Time : 4 hours (approx) - Format : PAL 16:9, Region Free

Goncalo Amaral DID NOT LIE about Madeleine: Today (7 Dec 2015) Daily Express publishes, on page 21, an offical correction to its 29 Apr 2015 headline
Posted by Tony Bennett on the CMOMM forum:
On 2 May this year I made a complaint against a headline in the Daily Express which ran:
'MADDY DETECTIVE DID LIE ABOUT DEATH COVER-UP CLAIM'.
As my colleagues in Mods & Admin are aware, to extract this correction, published on page 21 of today's Daily Express, has taken 7 months of letters and negotiation back and forth with the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO) and with the Express Head of Legal Affairs, Barbara Ludlow.
I understand that I am not allowed to publish any of the correspondence, but I am told that a formal report on my complaint will be published on the IPSO website next week.
In the end, I accepted the wording you see below. Had I not done so, this would have gone to formal adjudication, and I personally doubt if I would have got a different result.
The result is a correction in the bottom left-hand corner of the page - see below.
Was it worth it?
Goncal Amaral was publicly accused in the Express's headline of having 'Lied about death cover-up claim'.
That has now been publicly corrected.
He did not lie.
I am personally content that I have not wasted my time and effort:

FOI Act 2000 request made 30 Nov 2015 - OPERATION GRANGE - Smithman, Tannerman, Closure of Case, Final Report
Tony Bennett Today at 12:38
I successfully submitted this request to the Metropolitan Police earlier today:
[ NOTE: I made this request via the 'What Do They Know' website. Any member of CMOMM or guest can follow the Metropolitan Police's responses to my request at this link: //www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/up_to_date_information_about_the ]
Dear Metropolitan Police Service (MPS),
A petition on the Prime Minister's website calling for publication of a report on the work of Operation Grange has attracted over 900 signatures so far.
Please provide the following information about Operation Grange:
1. On 14 October 2013 on BBC Crimewatch, DCI Andy Redwood presented two e-fit images of a man he said was 'the centre of our focus'. He asked people to say who he might be. He announced days later that hundreds had called in with a possible identification. Are we, the public, still supposed to be looking for him? Or has been traced, identified and eliminated?
2. On the McCanns' 'Find Madeleine' website, there is an image of a faceless man - whom the McCann investigation team still say is a suspect - wearing a dark jacket and beige trousers, which was drawn up by Melissa Little, paid for by the head of the McCanns' private investigation team, Brian Kennedy, based on the recollections of Jane Tanner, and released to the public in late October 2007, nearly six months after the reported disappearance of Madeleine McCann. Is Operation Grange still asking (as they were previously) for the public's help in tracing this man, as well as the man in the two e-fits? Or not?
3. Who will make the final decision as to whether or not to close or 'shelve' the active investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann...
(a) The current DCI, Nicola Wall, or any successor of hers?
(b) The current S.I.O. or her/his successor?
(c) A more senior Met Police Officer?
(d) Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe, or any successor of his?
(e) The Home Secretary?
(f) The Prime Minister? - or
(g) Someone else?
4. If and when Operation Grange is closed, or the investigation is 'shelved', is it the Met Police's intention to provide a report to either (a) the public (b) the Mayor of London's Police Committee (c) the Home Secretary or (c) the Prime Minister on its work and achievements.
Yours faithfully,
Anthony Bennett

Operations Yewtree, Midland, Fairbank versus Operation Grange
According to FOI requests the Operation Grange investigation, into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, has cost millions of pounds MORE than the investigations into child abuse/murders spent on Operation Yewtree, Operation Midland and Operation Fairbank.

Brenda Leyland - Hounded to death by McCann supporters, Sky News and Martin Brunt
Brenda Leyland was doorstepped on 2 October 2014 by Sky reporter Martin Brunt who accused her of 'attacking' the McCanns. On Friday the mainstream press attacked Brenda without mercy. The next day she was found dead in a Leicester hotel room having, apparently, taken her own life.
Why did Sky News and Martin Brunt get away with this?
Who added data to Gonçalo Amaral's Gofundme Legal Defence page (which has now raised over £50k) and is it preventing Google searches?
Posted by HiDeHo on the CMOMM forum:
Has SOMEONE (Google?) added data to the GoFundMe page to prevent successful searches for Gonçalo Amaral FUND page?
Upon checking the view source page there is added data that does not show in a random Gofundme page as can be seen in the graphic. ''
Could this be to prevent people searching for the fund on Google and if so...WHY??

Sonia Poulton: "The Untold Story of Madeleine McCann"
http://www.theuntoldstoryofmadeleinemccann.com/
DIRECTOR'S NOTE
I chose this particular clip for the trailer because it is the most frequently repeated comment I have heard since I started researching this story.
People, no matter how sympathetic, struggle to understand why Kate McCann did not comply with the Portuguese Police questions.
Kate and Gerry McCann benefit from excellent media relations and enjoy extensive coverage, however journalists and TV presenters have failed to confront the many inconsistencies. And no one has directly asked them the question in this trailer.
In the interests of transparency, I believe this is a fair question to ask Kate McCann. The public have contributed millions of pounds to the search for her daughter - and continue to - and at a time of global austerity and when one child goes missing every five minutes.
Sonia Poulton
PRESS RELEASE
“Neither her parents or any of the members of the group that were with her are either persons of interest or suspects” ~DCI Andy Redwood, Operation Grange
Since the disappearance of Madeleine Beth McCann during a family holiday in Portugal in May 2007, the three-year-old from Leicester in England has become the most famous missing child on earth.
Her parents, Doctors Kate and Gerry McCann - and their seven holidaying companions, the tabloid-named 'Tapas 7' – told the world’s media that Madeleine had been abducted after she, and the other young children in the party, had been left unattended in their apartments as the adults dined elsewhere at their Algarve holiday complex.
Despite unprecedented global support to find her, Madeleine has not been found since. No one has been charged with her disappearance.
Journalist and broadcaster Sonia Poulton, fascinated by the case from the beginning, has repeatedly questioned the ‘official version of events’. As indeed had many of her media colleagues - although none of them publicly.
To do so, she had been told on several occasions, was ‘career suicide’.
So it was that Poulton, and a small trusted team, independently-financed and have spent the last year filming 'The Untold Story of Madeleine McCann - A War of Information'.
An evidence-based documentary prompted by the death of Brenda Leyland in October 2014.
Leyland, a 63-year-old divorcee who lived just 15 minutes drive from the McCann’s Leicester home but was not known to have met the family, was an avid Internet commentator on the subject of Madeleine’s disappearance.
Brenda Leyland was door-stepped in a special ‘McCann’ report by Sky News and this event was beamed nationally and internationally on the morning of October 2nd, 2014 where she was dubbed a ‘McCann Troll’ and her life, and that of her family, changed forever.
But what was her crime? And why had this intelligent, passionate woman apparently felt driven to suicide in a Leicester hotel two days later?
Poulton, having studied Brenda Leyland’s tweets, realised that far from being a ‘troll’ Leyland was someone who asked many of the same questions that she had already asked regarding Madeleine McCann.
Brenda’s death was a turning point for Poulton and she decided it was time to speak out. She recorded a short message to YouTube expressing her sympathy with Brenda Leyland and supporting her right to free speech.
The response to this impromptu YouTube made it clear that she was far from alone in this stance.
She discovered tens of thousands of people, from all over the world, congregating on the Internet and questioning the story of Madeleine McCann and whether it was an extraordinary cover up involving the British Government and legal, judicial, medical and media establishments.
The film includes expert testimony from those who have studied the case as well as encounters with the people at the very heart of the story.
No exceptions, no exclusions. In the famed words of Kate and Gerry McCann ‘Leaving no stone unturned’.
This documentary explores the disappearance and subsequent events of the case.
It is a story, as Poulton discovered, that is about more than the disappearance of a child, as tragically sad as that event is.
It is a tale of media censorship, numerous lawsuits and widespread gagging and it draws together friends in high places, social inequality, celebrity endorsement and saving reputations.
Sensitive to Operation Grange, the ongoing police investigation, Poulton is careful only to address the known anomalies that have arisen since Madeleine’s reported disappearance - and have been in the public domain for a number of years.
Some of these questions arising from the Portuguese Police files which were made public in 2008. Others, still, as a consequence of the actions of Kate and Gerry McCann and the people involved in the Find Madeleine campaign.
Numerous inconsistencies that have remained unreported and unaddressed in the many media interviews that Kate and Gerry McCann grant as they increasingly make their mark in public life.
Kate as an Ambassador for the charity Missing People and Gerry as an outspoken critic of the media and spokesman for the high profile pressure group into press freedom, Hacked Off.
Poulton set out to separate fact from fiction and gain clarity from the tsunami of information about the most famous missing child on earth.
‘The Untold Story of Madeleine McCann – A War of Information’ is the result of that journey.

An angry message today (3 Oct 2015) from the Webmaster of The Find Madeleine Fund
Official Find Madeleine Campaign
QUOTE
This is the last time I will address this issue. Gerry and Kate do not use social media and have asked me to manage the social media accounts for our campaign. If you have questions regarding our social media accounts, please Email me at Webmaster@findmadeleine.com. I will not answer questions directly on social media.
In the past couple of weeks, there has been a concerted effort to get people to stop looking for Madeleine. Some argue the search costs too much, others say it's hopeless. We don't believe the search for Madeleine is hopeless and putting up polls asking if the search should stop is not only crass, it's cruel. How can one put a price on the life of a child?
With that being said, I, and I alone, have made the decision to block ANYONE who thwarts the search for Madeleine via social media--whether that be with running commentary on the investigation, posting negative comments about the search/investigation/cost, or saying Madeleine is a lost cause. We believe Madeleine is alive and we have great faith in The Met.
If you cannot be supportive of the search for Madeleine, please unlike/unfollow our social media pages. We want people who are hopeful and actually care about Madeleine being found supporting us. WE NEED YOUR HELP to find her and we don't want negative comments filling our feeds. I hope all can understand how we need to remain positive and hopeful Madeleine will come home. We need you to be positive and hopeful too. Thank you to ALL who care about Madeleine and want her to be found and reunited with her family. We are extremely grateful for your support!
