NEW MADELEINE MCCANN PETITION LAUNCHED ON PRIME MINISTER'S WEBSITE

NEW MADELEINE MCCANN PETITION LAUNCHED ON PRIME MINISTER'S WEBSITE

A new petition concerning Madeleine has been launched on the Prime Minister's website today. Started by CMOMM member Tony Bennett, it calls for the Home Office to publish a full report on Operation Grange. Tony has long been sceptical about the true purpose of Operation Grange. He submitted his petition several weeks ago but had to agree with the House of Commons Petition Committee to several changes in his original draft wording for legal reasons.

The petition can be signed at this link:  https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/108562

You have to confirm your name and e-mail details when signing, but these are NOT published.

The wording of the petition is:

To order the Home Office to publish a report on the Madeleine McCann inquiry

Tony's reasons for setting up this petition are given on the Prime Minister's website, as follows:

Enquiries by British (and Portuguese) police forces have cost around £15 million in 8 years. The public is now entitled to a full report on how that has been spent. The report should cover the role of the government, the security services & UK police forces.

More details

Madeleine was reported missing over 8 years ago. The Portuguese, Leicestershire, the Met & other police forces have spent huge amounts of time & money on the case, but there seems no prospect of further progress. Given the huge interest in the case, the public needs the fullest possible explanations and answers.

Exclusive to CMOMM - Corruption and criminality inside the Metodo 3 investigation into Madeleine McCann's disappearance: Extracts from a book by two Metodo 3 men, Tamarit and Peribanez

Once again I’m delighted to bring to my forum more exclusive information from inside the McCann Team.

In the past, we’ve featured details from inside the Brian Kennedy-led investigation, brought to us by Kennedy’s right-hand-man in England, Gary Hagland, a man who, professionally, was an expert in financial compliance and money laundering - but not finding missing children. He had contacted Tony Bennett and shared fascinating details of how he and Kennedy had masterminded the McCanns’ Moroccan operation. He had even shared with Tony a chapter of his book, which is also on CMOMM.

Now two more McCann Team insiders have spoken out – Antonio Tamarit, and Julian Peribanez, both Metodo 3 investigators.

Their book, La Cortina da Humo, or ‘The Smokescreen’, blows the lid off Metodo 3, exposing what a corrupt and criminal enterprise it was. Why did the McCann Team choose them?  The book was immediately banned in Portugal. Books about the disappearance of Madeleine McCann regularly seem to get banned.

But CMOMM member PeterMac managed to get one from Amazon. He passed it to The Madeleine Foundation. Because of the significance of its contents, they paid for a professional, certified translation of it. And Andrew Simmons has written an introductory piece about it.

The book by Tamarit and Peribanez is copyright, but I’m pleased to host just one chapter of it here under the ‘fair use’ provisions of copyright legislation.

If you’re reading this as a guest and are not yet a member of CMOMM, why not join us, get yourself briefed on one of the most mysterious cases of the century, and maybe even help us in our quest to find out what really did happen to Madeleine McCann.
Read the following posts to get the whole story.

Filmed in 2016, DVD PAL 16:9, By Richard D. Hall

4 Part DVD Film

Introducing the latest film in the Richplanet series about Madeleine McCann ...

WHEN MADELEINE DIED?

The past presence of a human corpse was detected in the McCanns’ apartment and in many other places associated with the McCanns by highly trained police sniffer dogs. This clue suggests that Madeleine may have died and her body lain in the apartment for a period of time. Assuming this is correct, what date and time did Madeleine die? The most logical way to address this question is to go back in time to determine what was the last piece of credible evidence, which proves Madeleine was alive. This film attempts to do this by forensically examining witness statements, photographs, physical evidence, police reports and media reports. In doing so the film exposes the agenda of the mainstream media which has, on the whole, helped to cover up the truth about the Madeleine McCann case.

Running Time : 4 hours (approx) - Format : PAL 16:9, Region Free

Goncalo Amaral DID NOT LIE about Madeleine: Today (7 Dec 2015) Daily Express publishes, on page 21, an offical correction to its 29 Apr 2015 headline

Posted by Tony Bennett on the CMOMM forum:

On 2 May this year I made a complaint against a headline in the Daily Express which ran:

'MADDY DETECTIVE DID LIE ABOUT DEATH COVER-UP CLAIM'.

As my colleagues in Mods & Admin are aware, to extract this correction, published on page 21 of today's Daily Express, has taken 7 months of letters and negotiation back and forth with the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO) and with the Express Head of Legal Affairs, Barbara Ludlow.

I understand that I am not allowed to publish any of the correspondence, but I am told that a formal report on my complaint will be published on the IPSO website next week.

In the end, I accepted the wording you see below. Had I not done so, this would have gone to formal adjudication, and I personally doubt if I would have got a different result.

The result is a correction in the bottom left-hand corner of the page - see below.

Was it worth it?

Goncal Amaral was publicly accused in the Express's headline of having 'Lied about death cover-up claim'.

That has now been publicly corrected.

He did not lie.

I am personally content that I have not wasted my time and effort:

FOI Act 2000 request made 30 Nov 2015 - OPERATION GRANGE - Smithman, Tannerman, Closure of Case, Final Report

 Tony Bennett Today at 12:38
I successfully submitted this request to the Metropolitan Police earlier today:

[ NOTE:  I made this request via the 'What Do They Know' website. Any member of CMOMM or guest can follow the Metropolitan Police's responses to my request at this link: //www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/up_to_date_information_about_the ]

Dear Metropolitan Police Service (MPS),

A petition on the Prime Minister's website calling for publication of  a report on the work of Operation Grange has attracted over 900 signatures so far.

Please provide the following information about Operation Grange:

1. On 14 October 2013 on BBC Crimewatch, DCI Andy Redwood presented two e-fit images of a man he said was 'the centre of our focus'. He asked people to say who he might be. He announced days later that hundreds had called in with a possible identification. Are we, the public, still supposed to be looking for him? Or has been traced, identified and eliminated?

2. On the McCanns' 'Find Madeleine' website, there is an image of a faceless man - whom the McCann investigation team still say is a suspect - wearing a dark jacket and beige trousers, which was drawn up by Melissa Little, paid for by the head of the McCanns' private investigation team, Brian Kennedy, based on the recollections of Jane Tanner, and released to the public in late October 2007, nearly six months after the reported disappearance  of Madeleine McCann.  Is Operation Grange still asking (as they were previously) for the public's help in tracing this man, as well as the man in the two e-fits? Or not?

3. Who will  make the final decision as to whether or not to close or 'shelve' the active investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann...
(a) The current DCI, Nicola Wall, or any successor of hers?
(b) The current S.I.O. or her/his successor?
(c) A more senior Met Police Officer?
(d) Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe, or any successor of his?
(e) The Home Secretary?
(f) The Prime Minister? - or
(g) Someone else?

4. If and when Operation Grange is closed, or the investigation is 'shelved', is it the Met Police's intention to provide a report to either (a) the public (b) the Mayor of London's Police Committee (c) the Home Secretary  or (c) the Prime Minister on its work and achievements.
Yours faithfully,

Anthony Bennett

Operations Yewtree, Midland, Fairbank versus Operation Grange

According to FOI requests the Operation Grange investigation, into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, has cost millions of pounds MORE than the investigations into child abuse/murders spent on Operation Yewtree, Operation Midland and Operation Fairbank.
